personal expression. It is more like a diary that you could publish online and make it available for anyone to read. In simple words it is a media where anyone can publish their thoughts, in most cases anything.
Blogs comes for personal expressions and are important source of information. You do not have to be an expert to blog, a view/news/expression telling is a blog. If your views/news/information is great other people will find it interesting read.
